Welcome to the Reef Writers' website.
Based in Port Douglas, Far North Queensland, the Reef Writers meet the third Thursday of every month in The Book Lounge (6/12 Grant Street, Port Douglas) at 6.30pm.
Members come from all over the Douglas region and range from already published authors to absolute beginners.
No matter where you are in your creative stage of writing (including possibly having the infamous 'writer's block), Reef Writers encourages you to attend our monthly meetings to interact with others who have a love for the written word. The meetings have proven to be very beneficial for all.
